The Baguette
Our baguettes are hand crafted using only 100% natural ingredients with no preservatives or additives. Just flour, water, salt, and yeast. We use traditional baking practices, which allow our baguettes to rise slowly over time, letting the bread develop deep complex flavours, chewy textures and uniquely, holey and creamy coloured interior.
Half Baked
All our breads are half-baked, which allows the purchaser to finish the baking off in their own oven at their own convenience. 15 minutes in a 180c oven and you have fresh home baked bread. Fan forced ovens may have a shorter baking time.
Storage
We recommend refrigerated storage to ensure that they stay good until the best before date. They can be frozen for up to 3 months, but we recommend defrosting before baking.
